Job Summary
The direct sales representative actively interacts with prospective clients to market and sell a range of financial products. This will be achieved by planning, developing, implementing and analyzing sales plans to meet Bank sales objectives.
Responsibilities
  1. Meeting Sales Targets: Working towards and achieving set sales goals, revenue targets, and other performance metrics within specified timeframes. (Daily, Weekly and Monthly)
  2. Customer Engagement: Interacting directly with potential clients to understand their financial needs and objectives.
  3. Lead Generation: Actively seeking and identifying new leads to expand the customer base.
  4. Reporting: Preparing regular sales activity and performance reports as required.
  5. Sales Negotiation: Negotiating terms and conditions, interest rates, and other relevant terms to successfully close financial deals.
  6. Compliance: Obtain all customer information, documents required to open an account and ensure KYC/AML compliance as per the Bank policy, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and compliance standards in all sales activities.
  7. Relationship Building: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to foster trust, encourage repeat business, and enhance customer loyalty.
  8. Customer Service: Providing excellent post-sales support and addressing customer inquiries or concerns related to banking products and services.
Requirements:
  • Hold a Certificate/diploma from a recognized university in any field.
  • Exhibit excellent communication, presentation, and customer service abilities.
  • Experience working in a similar role with a credit lender/provider is Desirable.
  • Demonstrate precision, attention to detail, and a cooperative, assertive nature, capable of working independently and providing effective solutions.
  • Exhibit responsibility, reliability and skills to identify opportunities promptly.
  • Be results-oriented and self-driven, with a proven track record of performance.
